Out of an abundance of caution and in an effort to contain the spread of COVID-19, Hotel Secreto temporarily halted operations on March 21.
We are pleased to announce the hotel will reopen and is accepting reservations for accommodations effective July 1, 2020.
As always, the safety and wellbeing of Hotel Secreto’s guests and team members remain the utmost priority and the hotel will continue to operate following the guidelines set by local health authorities to ensure the protection of all those who visit.
Know that if you choose to spend time at our hotel, we are taking all precautions to ensure you are in a safe place. Below are the necessary measures we will be enacting:
All guests will be required to fill in a pre-arrival reservation form.
Guests will have their temperature measured upon arrival.
Staff will be regularly sanitizing surfaces, luggage and other high touch areas.
Deep disinfection of rooms will occur regularly.
Hand sanitization stands will be located on the property.
Strict protocols if COVID-19 cases arise. Active communication with local doctors.
All staff will be screened on a daily basis for symptoms.
Flexible Booking & Cancellations

As you might imagine, we are fielding requests from guests, but be assured that we will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please check back frequently as well may extend these flexible booking measures as necessary.

How COVID-19 has changed hotel stays
As the global health situation continues to improve and as permissible by local authorities, we will update our website as additional facilities and services reopen.
The hotel experience will be far less hands-on. There will be less human interaction. We want to protect you and our team members:
They will be performed with as little human-to-human contact. Elevator rides are limited to one couple per car.
Food & Beverage
We are suspending this service in an effort to mitigate the risk for our guests and team members. There are, however, many restaurants within walking distance. Rooms have an under-counter refrigerator drawer. Beer, wine, liquor can be purchased within walking distance.
The rooms will be sanitized daily. Deep cleaning disinfection will occur at check-out. Once complete, the room is sealed with a sticker to indicate that no one had entered the room.
Gym & Spa
To keep guests socially distanced, we're offering guests the opportunity to sign up for a specific gym time slot or spa service.
