POLICIES
Check-in: 3:00pm. Check-out: 12:00 noon. A valid credit card and passport ID is required at check-in.

Credit cards will also be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur (no-show, cancellation, modifications, shortened stays). These policies are final. The hotel does not offer refund or discounts regardless of the reason for cancellations. The same is true for stays that are shortened. As there are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights, change of plans, etc., you may wish to consider purchasing trip insurance.
Reservation Policy:
Reservations require a 2 nights non-refundable credit card charge. (This two nights are no-refoundable iff you cancel any time and it will be charge at the moment of your reservation)
Reservations between Dec 20-Jan 5, 5 nights minimum stay, will be charged 100% (non-refundable).
No Show:
The hotel will save the room for the guest only the first night of stay.
If the guest does not arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the hotel will release the room the next day at 12 noon.
The deposit for the reservation will be not refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be done 30 days before the arrival date to avoid a 100% penalization.
Christmas/New Year - Reservations for Dec 20-Jan 5 require a 100% prepayment (non-refundable)

We cannot guarantee specific room numbers, etc. We will do our best to accommodate your request if we are able.
Policies can change any time without notice.
In case of cancellation , we will hold your credit until you are able to reschedule. (only once)
