Payment Schedule
A two-night, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Between December 20 and January 8, a five-night, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted
Payments with credit card will be based on the pesos rate.
The hotel cannot charge in U.S. dollars. The exchange rate is determined by the
hotel and your credit card company. Holiday Terms and

Christmas and New Year's - minimum five-nights stay between
December 20 and January 8.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled less than 90 days, 25% of remaining balance (not including two-night non-refundable deposit) will be penalized to your credit card. Less than 60 days, 50% of the remaining balance will be penalized. Less than 45 days, 100% of the remaining balance will be penalized. These policies are final. The hotel does not offer
refunds or discounts. Occupancy
Maximum occupancy per room: 2 persons. No extra beds available.
Hotel Policies
All of our rooms and lobby are non-smoking. The hotel is private, and for guests-only. To ensure the peace and privacy of our guests, the hotel does not accept weddings, receptions, or groups. Furthermore, in order to avoid problems involving noise and drunk & disorderly conduct, we do not accept reservations for those involved in weddings nearby.
All clients will be asked to open a credit card voucher upon their arrival.
Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.
